Mr. Njuguna possesses proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and technical team coordination. He is adept at developing innovative concepts that respond to market needs, drive business growth, and deliver sustainable solutions.

As the founder and Managing Director of Zerani Group Limited, a Construction and Telecommunications contracting company that specializes in industrial and residential developments, he is an accomplished contractor and concept developer with over seven (7) years of experience leading construction and telecommunications projects across industrial and residential sectors. 

Mr. Njuguna is an alumnus of the United States International University (USIU) – Africa where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations major and a minor in Gender studies.

He also has prior extensive experience in communications and organizational development supporting regional and international institutions in advocacy, training, and research. He previously worked as a communications strategist for non-profit organizations where he was involved in advocacy and communications support missions in the ECSA region and Sierra Leone.
