The Authority is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its operations. Our Whistleblower Policy provides a secure and confidential framework for reporting suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, fraud, corruption, or any other violations of applicable laws and regulations. We encourage all stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the policy to understand the available reporting channels, protections afforded to whistleblowers, and the procedures for handling disclosures.

Anyone with information regarding fraud, corruption, collusion or coercion involving EPRA staff or relevant stakeholders should report to the Authority through:

  1. ) Corruption Reporting Box – Located at the Authority's HQ at Eagle Africa Center.
  2. ) EPRA’s dedicated Corruption hotline – call toll free at 1551.
  3. ) In person reporting - Any individual with evidence of corruption can report to the IAOC, CPC, DG or any other relevant Authorities.
  4. ) Email – integrity@epra.go.ke; integrity@.go.ke;
  5. ) Letters - marked “CONFIDENTIAL” may be sent through the following address:
