Public Consultation on Proposed Kenya Pipeline Transportation and Secondary Storage Tariffs
The Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) has applied for a review of the pipeline transportation and secondary storage tariffs for the financial years 2025/2026 to 2027/2028. In line with the Energy Act, which requires the Authority to review and approve existing pipeline tariffs every three years, the Authority will conduct public engagement workshops from 6th – 17th October 2025.
We invite you to review the attached KPC proposal.
Written memoranda clearly marked “PUBLIC COMMENTS ON KENYA PIPELINE COMPANY (KPC) PIPELINE TRANSPORATION AND SECONDARY STORAGE TARIFFS” can be sent via email to EconomicRegulation@epra.go.ke.
Additionally, written memoranda may be hand delivered to EPRA’s Head Office in Nairobi or the listed satellite offices between 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m during business days to on or before Thursday, 23rd October 2025.
EPRA will assess the proposal fairly, using the information provided and feedback from stakeholders, before making a final determination.
